Tropaeolaceae Juss. ex DC.
The plant family Tropaeolaceae was described by Augustin Pyramus de Candolle in Prodromus Systematis Naturalis Regni Vegetabilis in 1824. It was first named and described by Antoine Laurent de Jussieu.
As of 2-27-21 when I last updated this page, Plants of the World Online by Kew lists Tropaeolum as the only genus in this family. Of course, they are the Nasturtiums. Plants of the World Online lists 94 accepted species in the genus.
